Payments

Acceptable forms of payment: Online payment, Cash, Apple pay, Credit/Debit (an invoice will be sent to you) **3%fee will be added for Credit/ Debit charge

Deposits

Your order is not confirmed until retainer fee/payment has been received.

If your order is under $50, FULL payment is required.

Orders over $50 require a 50% retainer fee, which is mandatory for order placement.

Orders over $50 may be paid in full, at your discretion. Any remaining balances MUST be paid in full PRIOR to pick up.

You will receive a text confirmation when your order is complete.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are food items, Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC is unable to provide refunds once an order has been completed.

We may use small edible items that can pose as a choking hazard or could damage teeth by being hard to chew.

Late Pick-ups

Saturdays are strictly for order pick ups, orders can be picked up or delivered between 9a-12p.

Upon order placement, a pick up time and date will be confirmed.

An inconvenience fee of $20 will be charged if agreed upon date or time is not met due to your negligence.
