Payments

Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Cash App: $pattykakes101, Apple pay, Credit/Debit (an invoice will be sent to you) **$3.00 fee will be added for Cash App/APPLE PAY Credit/ Debit charge

Deposits

Your order IS NOT confirmed until retainer fee/payment has been RECEIVED.

If your order is under $50, FULL payment is required.

Orders over $50 require a 50% retainer fee, which is mandatory for order placement.

Orders may be paid in full, at your discretion. Any remaining balances MUST be paid in full PRIOR to pick up.

You will receive a text confirmation when your order is ready.

Please DO NOT waste my time as you will not be able to order in the future.

ALL CUSTOM/THEMED CUPCAKE ORDERS REQUIRE 1 WEEK NOTICE.

Most Cupcake orders (2 dozen or less) require 2 day notice.

Edible Imaging is available for additional $25-please send picture w/ order request.

All specials/ holiday deals are PREPAY only.

**Local Delivery (Va Beach Area) is available for a fee

Late Pick-ups

Saturdays are strictly for order pick ups, orders can be picked up or delivered between 9a-12p.

Upon order placement, a pick up time and date will be confirmed.

An inconvenience fee of $20 will be charged if agreed upon date or time is not met due to your negligence.

Disclaimers

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the food associated nature of these items, Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC will not issue refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your order, replacements may be issued, if timing permits.

We may use small edible items that may pose as a choking hazard or may damage teeth by being too hard to chew for children under 3.

Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC is NOT a diary-free or gluten-free bakery/treats shop. We bake with a high volume of dairy & gluten products.
