Customer is responsible for providing:

• Access to a working outdoor water spigot and/or a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area.
• A flat, safe setup area free of debris, pet waste, rocks, and sharp objects.

Adult Supervision

A responsible adult (18 years or older) must supervise children using the water slide at all times. Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC attendants are not responsible for supervising participants.

Participant Safety

For the safety of all guests:

• One rider at a time unless otherwise instructed.
• No roughhousing, pushing, wrestling, or climbing on the sides of the inflatable.
• No flips, diving, or jumping from the slide.
• Riders must slide feet first while seated unless instructed otherwise.
• No food, drinks, candy, gum, or glass containers on or inside the inflatable.
• Shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, sharp objects, and toys must be removed before use.

Age & Weight Restrictions

Participants should use the water slide according to the manufacturer’s recommended age and weight limits. Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC reserves the right to restrict use if safety concerns arise.

Equipment Protection

Only Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC staff may install, move, adjust, or dismantle the inflatable. Customers and guests may not relocate or tamper with the equipment.

Customer Responsibility

Customer agrees to:

• Keep pets away from the inflatable.
• Prevent the use of silly string, face paint, confetti, fireworks, or sharp objects near the equipment.
• Stop participants from engaging in unsafe behavior.
• Notify Pattykakes staff immediately if any issue with the equipment arises.

Liability

Customer accepts responsibility for all participants using the inflatable and understands that water activities involve inherent risks, including slipping and falling. Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules, lack of supervision, misuse of the equipment, or unsafe participant behavior.

Equipment Damage

Customer is financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, vandalism, negligence, unauthorized relocation, or prohibited items used on or around the inflatable. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs.

Right to Stop the Event

Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC reserves the right to immediately stop operation of the water slide without refund if unsafe behavior, weather conditions, or violations of these terms create a safety risk.

The foam used is non-toxic, biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and safe for children and pets when used as directed.

The customer is responsible for providing:

• Access to a working outdoor water spigot
• Access to a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area

Surface Requirements

Foam parties must be held on a flat grassy area or another approved outdoor surface. Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC., reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe.

Participant Attire

Participants should wear:

• Swimsuits or clothing suitable for getting wet
• Water shoes or bare feet

No shoes, sandals, or flip-flops are permitted inside the foam area to help reduce slipping hazards.

Slipping Hazard

Participants understand that wet surfaces may become slippery. By participating, guests assume the normal risks associated with outdoor water activities.

Equipment

Only Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC., staff may operate or adjust the foam machine. Guests may not tamper with the equipment.

Liability

Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC., is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

• Failure to follow safety instructions
• Horseplay or roughhousing
• Lack of adult supervision
• Unsafe participant behavior

Clothing & Personal Items

Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, electronics, jewelry, or other personal belongings exposed to water or foam during the event.

Participant Health

Individuals with known allergies to soaps, skin sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or other medical concerns should consult a physician before participating. Participation is at the customer’s own discretion.

Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE, even for inclement weather conditions.

Inclement Weather Policy

The water slide, bounce house, and or 360 camera will not operate during:

• Lightning
• Thunderstorms
• High winds
• Severe weather
• Any condition deemed unsafe by Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC

Pattykakes Sweet Treats, LLC., reserves the right to reschedule the event for safety of all guest and equipment.

 Customer Options:

•  Reschedule to a new date within 90 days (subject to date availability)

• Apply all payments and deposit to new event date 

• If only certain activities are affected (such as the bounce house) remaining services may still be provided if conditions allow
